Before undertaking investment business in the UK you must be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) and hold all relevant permissions.
Applications are by nature one-off projects but they involve a time-consuming process usually over several months.
Richwell undertake to write, submit and manage the application process from start to finish (i.e. to authorisation).

e.g. the European wide Alternative Investments Fund Management Directive (“AIFMD”) to be a full scope AIFM or a Small AIFM
